7,727 films registered at the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival
The Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival broke a new record in the total number of submissions received with:
1,582 films entered to the National Competition.
6,145 films entered to the International Competition.
Over 7,000 films are competing for a place in one of the 3 competitions for the next edition taking place 1-9 February 2013 in Clermont-Ferrand. An average of 180 films are usually shown in the Festival’s National, International and Lab competitions. A number of films are also picked to be part of the Festival’s official selection, which includes a rich Young Audience programme and an African Perspectives showcase each year.
