FESTIVAL 2026
The Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival is the world's leading event dedicated to short films. Organized by the Sauve qui peut le court métrage association, the 48th festival (and its short film market) will take place from January 30 to February 7, 2026. It will feature masterpieces of animation, comedy, contemporary reality, genre films, graduation works from the world's top schools, and documentaries from around the globe. Once again, short films will be revealed in all their richness and diversity in Auvergne, in the heart of winter.
The poster, to be designed by Lithuanian artist Karolis Strautniekas, will be revealed in September 2025.
ACCREDITATION : Accreditations for the 2026 short film festival will open at the end of November 2025.

The poster for the 47th Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival (January 31-February 8, 2025) was realised by director and illustrator Marie Larrivé. The newt one will be created by Karolis Strautniekas.
The festival's commitment
In its desire to contribute to a diverse, inclusive, equitable and fair film industry, and to promote an event that is safe and free from all types of violence, the festival has put in place a clear protocol explained in the form of a charter.
Organisational social responsibility (OSR), which covers environmental, social, economic and ethical issues, is at the heart of the festival's organisation.
