The Sauve qui peut le court métrage association aims to defend and promote short films. It organizes the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival and offers year-round activities in support of this format.
The association is recognized as being in the public interest. It can receive donations from individuals and companies. It can issue tax receipts in accordance with articles 200 and 238 bis of the French General Tax Code.
Your donation will help ensure the continued existence of the association that organizes this film festival, unique in the world for its diversity, conviviality, quality and popularity.

Tax advantages*
For individuals
Your donation entitles you to a tax reduction of 66% of the amount paid (article 200 of the French General Tax Code).
For example, if you make a donation of €100 before December 31, your tax reduction will be €66 for the year in question. In the end, donating €100 only costs €34.
If your donation exceeds 20% of your income, the remainder can be carried forward to subsequent years.
For companies
Your donation entitles you to a tax reduction of 60% of the amount paid, up to a limit of 0.5% of annual sales excluding tax (article 238 bis of the CGI).
For example, if you make a donation of €1,000 in your financial year, your corporate income tax reduction will be €600 for the same year.
If the donation exceeds the ceiling of 0.5% of sales, the excess payment may give rise to a tax reduction for the following five financial years.
If the tax reduction is greater than the corporate income tax for the year, it can be deducted from the next five years.
