Educational sheets to accompany the films in French and English have been created by the Pôle d’Éducation aux Images of the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival and the Yennenga Center.
This program will be made available at the Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival and at the Yennenga Center and will be offered to all partners who will host a screening.
It will be used to do film analysis with teachers, cultural mediators and young audiences.
Screening of the "Promesses Africaines II" program
Selection of a 90’ program of African short films from the competitive sections + African Perspectives of the 2022-2023 Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival. This program will be distributed by Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival and the Yennenga Center in Dakar. The selection committee will be composed of members of both institutions. The selection criteria will pay particular attention to parity and geographical origin.
"Promesses Africaines II" will be screened in a dozen countries on the African continent as well as widely in the network of Senegalese film clubs.
