30th International Competition

International-neutreBD

The International Competition is a rare moment, full of magic, where films from a wide spectrum intersect. Animated gems, documentaries, brilliant comedies, down-to-earth fictions, genre films or graduation shorts from some of the finest film schools out there will undoubtedly take you on a unique journey into young film creation. Just relax and enjoy the thrill.

  • If necessary films would be presented with French subtitles in all the Festival venues and English subtitles will be provided only in the Maison de la Culture theatres (Cocteau and Vian).

40th National Competition

National2018-mosaiqueBD

Entering your film to Clermont-Ferrand could result in having your film competing in one of the most sought-after selection of films. It also means that you will automatically, and at no cost, give your film visibility before, during and after the Short Film Market, where 3,500 pro delegates converge each year for tracking talent.
Having a film in Clermont-Ferrand is one of the most exciting experiences you can get for your film. All the filmmakers, producers and film crews who experienced the Festival’s thrill of venues packed with a passionate audience are unanimous. Welcome!

  • If necessary films would be presented with French subtitles in all the Festival venues and English subtitles will be provided only in the Maison de la Culture theatres (Cocteau and Vian).
