Online entries to the next edition of the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival are open.

You can however enter your films easily into more than 60 major festivals around the world using Shortfilmdepot.

International Competition 2019

Entry deadline :
- July 9th 2018 for films completed in 2017 (after October 1)
- October 9th 2018 for films completed in 2018

Registration fee: free of charge

Requirements:

  • Films completed after: October 1st 2017
  • Maximum running time: 40 minutes
  • Origin: All countries (except France)
  • Festival screening format: DCP

National Competition 2019

Restricted to French films

Entry Deadline:  Octobre 19th 2018

Registration fee : free of charge

Requirements:

  • Films completed after: November 1st 2017
  • Maximum running time: 59 minutes
  • Origin: France as main country of production
  • Festival screening format:: DCP

Lab Competition 2019

There is no application for this competition since the films will be chosen from those submitted to the two competitions above.

To register your film, simply leave the "Market Registration" option checked when registering online for the national or international competition.

Registration fee: free of charge

Requirements :

  • All and only the films submitted for selection will be listed in the 33th Short Film Market catalogue, regardless of the fact that a film has been officially selected or not. Films will be visible at the Short Film Market Video Library provided that the “Market registration” box is ticked during online submission.
  • The video file will be available for viewing at the Market Video Library (possibility of replacing the video file with a new uploaded version until the January 10th 2018)
