During the 5th Minikino Film Week in Bali, Roger Gonin will give presentation about the development of magic lantern, the first projector and one of the leading antecedants of the movies. He has a dream to one day establish a museum dedicated to magic lanterns and stereoscopic viewers, has directed two shorts and worked on several others. He is currently making historical researches and lectures about itinerants showing the magic lantern during the XVIIIth and XIXth centuries.
