Patrick Wang was born in 1976 in houston, Texas, to Taïwanese parents. He is graduated from the Massachusetts Intitute of Technology with a degree in economics and a concentration in music and theatre arts.
In 2011 he realized his first film, In The Family, which he wrote, produced, realized and in which he played. The film was noteworthy and won numerous awards.
